In order to better help enterprises understand the local business environment, effectively prevent and resolve various risks, the International Trade and Economic Cooperation Research Institute of the Ministry of Commerce and the business institutions of embassies and consulates have compiled the 2022 edition of the "National (Regional) Guide for Overseas Investment Cooperation" (hereinafter referred to as the "Guide"). The Guide covers 129 countries and regions, comprehensively and objectively reflecting the macroeconomic situation, laws and regulations, economic and trade policies, business environment and other issues concerning overseas investment. It also pays further attention to the relevant policies and regulations, development status and international cooperation of digital economy and green development in relevant countries (regions), as well as the adjustment of economic and trade policies since COVID-19.
